Gift for 5 year old boy. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 5 yr old grandson who loved it and played with it all day. It was easy to operate and he enjoys it very much. I would recommend this item for this age group.
Quality toy and exceptional customer service!. My son loved his robot until he lost the charging cable nearly 2 years after we bought the toy. We contacted the company and they didn’t have a replacement cable available at the time but said their product came with a two year warranty. They replaced the ENTIRE toy for free! My son was so delighted and it made so happy! You don’t get customer service at this level anymore. Not only is the robot still running strong after years of heavy use, but the company went above and beyond to serve their customers. I would highly recommend them!
Fun with lots of play time. My 4 year old really enjoys this; it holds his attention and has volume control. I’m removing 1 star for the robot’s really heavy accent and inability to navigate over floor rugs. If there wasn’t a list of his sayings included, I would miss approximately 25% of what he’s saying. That being said, it doesn’t deter playtime.
