Great. Had to program it not to clean my family room area because of the shag area rug, that was the first room it would cleaned and every time it would get stuck on the rug, when I would return home it would always be there and none of the other rooms would get cleaned. It would take me about 15 to 20 minutes just to get it undone ????????♀️
Don't use anything else, Roborock REALLY Rock!. I had the iRobot, it cleaned just as good as the Roborock but here's the difference: I can see exactly where my Roborock has been, I can see exactly where it's at & I can see exactly what's left to do! You can't see any of that with the iRobot!Even tho both show the battery life, ONLY the Roborock shows you the exact percentage!I only gave 4 stars for 'Deep Cleaning' that's because I don't have anything that needs deep cleaning. I just have hardwood floors. But I do have family staying with me for a bit: Total of 5 dogs (1 sheds like CRAZY!) & 3 Grandkids that seem to create crumbs & stuff 24/7! I don't want to sweep over 550+ Sq ft several times a day! Would you?! Now I just go to my app, click a button and my floors are spotless!I love my Roborock!
Disappointment. This claims to be self-emptying, but I had to manually empty it myself every other day. It emptying on its own was the main reason I got it, but the self-emptying feature was severely lacking. Very disappointed in this product.
Great vac for the money. After buying two iRobot vacs, this one mapped quickly and is very easy to use. Handles throw rugs better, easy to create zones and isolate areas. Quick access to vac a single room. Overall better and doesn’t get hung up on sliding glass doors
Mapping are so bad. All features are good except mapping!!!! and mapping is the most important part of robo cleaner. It failed 8 times to map my floor... geez... I returned it as it does not meet my expetation. Currently I have a S6 pure and it works perfectly. But somehow the Q5 works like a low budget robo cleaner($100ish). Gonna switch to other brand for sure.
Best Robot vacum. I bought this 6 weeks ago and wanted to really use it to give the best review. I love it! I have used a couple of the leading brands and they do not even compare. This vacuum is systematically smarter. It knows when it’s on my area rugs and automatically increases suction to get the best cleaning. Picks up hair and debris like a full sweeper. It rarely gets stuck. The only cons I noticed is that it’s a little on the larger side so it doesn’t fit under my table. It also does not sense when it is on the edge- which could be an issue if you use upstairs. All in all I definitely recommend
Great on carpet, sand left between tiles. I was disappointed in ability to pick up fine sand on tile floor. A Eufy vac did much better. However, robo picked up a truly impressive amount of dog hair and assorted crude from short pile carpet. Lots of dirt remained at tile/carpet interface however. Update: a company rep pointed out that there are 3 suction settings. While mildest setting did not pick up the fine sand between tiles, the medium setting worked well. So upgrade to 5 stars.
My little soldier is still working after a year. Love reviews that haven’t even used the product. We have had much success with it over the past year. Originally I had ordered the cheaper Eufy but did not like that its path is randomized. This machine is much better. Plans out the house and you can select which rooms to clean. Maintenance is pretty easy. With three kids I empty the bin every two days and pull out hair from the brush weekly. Change the brush every few months. I do a deep clean with an upright vacuum monthly. This is my little soldier that helps me maintain the house with three kids.
Pretty good. Not a bad vacuum. Overall , using 3x week house floors and rugs stay clean. Two problems: 1. the biggest is that we have to manually pull out the dirt from vacuum. The self empty dock does not work. There’s plenty of suction but the hole in the vacuum itself, and the duct up to the bag get clogged. This happens after every single vacuuming. Do not bother to buy self emptying dock. It’s useless.2. A more minor problem. The vacuum does not do well on the floor at the edge of rugs.Mapping and two floor options are good.
