منتج مفيد لكل بيت. لقد اشتريته بسعر التخفيض وكانت تجربة مميزة للمكنسة وما زلت في تجربة المنتج وحتى الآن رائع وعملي تقوم بكنس السجاد والأرض الصلبة في نفس الوقت وتقوم بالمسح فقط للأرض الصلبة مسح خفيف للغبار وغيره وليس للبقع الصعبة و الجافة ومناسب لمسح الباركيه لأن الماء يجف بسرعة بعد المسح .
ديبوت n8. الجهاز ممتاز جدا وذكيلكن بعد استخدام تقريبا 6 اشهر ظهر صوت مزعج وغير طبيعي في المكنسهتم التواصل مع البائع للصيانه اكثر من مره وكان غير متعاون ابداجوابه لايوجد صيانه واذا تريد استبدال المنتج لابد من شراء جهاز اخر وسوف نسترجع المبلغ لكبعدها رفعت شكوى لاداره امازون وتم استرجاع المنتج وعوده المبلغ في حسابي
È già il secondo ecovacs che compro e che rimando indietro. Il primo non mappava la casa, il secondo dice che c'è un problema con la spazzola laterale, premetto che questi problemi si sono presentati all'accensione.. m non siamo nemmeno riusciti ad utilizzarlo. Ovviamente sto facendo il reso anche del secondo e cambiando completamente marca.
Er kommt nicht direkt in Ecken und wischen ist eher das er die wischplatte mitzieht. Teppiche reinigt er sehr gut und auch gröberen dreck nimmt er sehr gut auf. Allerdings muss man das Fach wo sich der dreck sammelt trotzdem leeren und reinigen trotz Beutel und Station
Mid range at best. I had hough expectations for this robot vacuum considering the good reviews however my experience with it has been very sub par, especially considering the price i paid.As i write this review the robot is currently lost looking for its dock.The good =- The cleaning performance is very good and is able to mop/vacuum well enough.- the auto sucking dock is good with adequate cost bin collection.The not so good =- I constantly have to redo the map since it decides to create new maps on top of my existing whenever it pleases.- The robot gets stuck / lost way too often ( especially with slightly lifted chairs from the ground)- The robot gets confused way too often in the tasks.
Mapping does not work. I have struggled for past two weeks to get the full mapping for my apartment. I have tried everything including resetting the unit. Even after partial mapping it only runs for less than 10% of the mapped area and stops. Completely useless device. Tried to return but against standard 30 days return window for return is only 15 days. It is an expensive brick now
