Pathetic battery life. First day arrived with battery 60, didn't even finish a whole scan before battery low and return to dock.Second day, charged it to full and started cleaning. Didn't finish a single cleaning cycle of my tiny tiny apartment.FYI I did use the maximum power but still.Pathetic.So SO pathetic.I don't know if I received a lemon or what.Tried to exchange for a replacement to find out , but clearly they only has a return option, no exchange. Since I bough it on sale, ordering it again means more expensive price.So no, I am not happy with the product or this purchase.
Roborock S7. Are we smoking crack or what ?All robot vacuum made in China by a copule of manufacturers with the same style ( a little more or less future )! Put it in world market for an expensive price.Amazon obviously takes advantage selling then charging ove 20% commission !
Object avoidance is a joke. I don't understand the awesome reviews these things are getting this is the second one that I've had and they are absolutely garbage first of all it's not waterproof yes your robotic mop is not waterproof but that settled in for a minute and keep in mind now that if it gets water damaged it's going to cost more to repair than to buy a new one that's how I got my second one courtesy of Amazon's warranty policy because the company told me water damage is not covered under warranty this is a very important point because the object detection is utter garbage and the robot manages to literally jump into food dishes and knock over water dishes. If you don't have a cat and you don't have children then this will probably work for you but then you probably actually don't need one do you?
Excellent but not perfect. Love this machine, so I bought two. It's not perfect, but don't expect it to be. Crevices and small spaces are the only issue. Other than that, it's nice to have clear floors continually.
Ok vacuum, good customer service. This vacuum was giving me a constant bumper stuck alert. After some back and forth the company did fix it for me. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing but it now does what it should
Reliability. I'm giving this 2 stars, because when it worked it did a decent job. I reached out to Roborock, because my vacuum/ stopped dispensing water rendering the mopping useless. If the machine doesn't dispense the water the mop is worthless and simply running a dry pad along the floor.I had the unit for just over 13 months and their warranty is 12 months. I told them I understand the unit is technically out of warranty, but something I paid $700 for should last longer than a year, and I'm one month past the warranty.They told me to send the unit to them at my expense and pay $100 to fix the issue. Again something I paid $700 for should last longer than one month past its' warranty.Not happy with this outcome, and will most likely go back to buying and using Eufy products. Eufy's customer service is phenomenal!
Not the best but I love it. You need to do a deep clean every once and while , but for remaining clean every day , this is the best machine I ever haveMy hidden areas are clean and I love it
Waste of money. Mopping is terrible. Leaves marks of wheel and how it moves on floor. I have use every single mopping style it has and it just won't do the job. The suction power is not so good, even on turbo leaves stuff around. I wouldn't recommend it if you are like me and expect the machine to do the job for you, because usually you will have to use a broom and a mop after
