Buy it!. Best buy EVER! We've had several robot vacuums and this one by far has been the best one. We run it all the time, the mop is an added bonus and works just like it says it does. Well worth the money
The most inteligente robotic vacuum I ever had. My first robotic vacuum was a dumb Roomba, it worked great 10 years ago but once you find a robot that maps your house, divide each room in lanes, can go clean one single room and return, and is not bouncing up and down like a dumb robot you ask yourself why haven't I bought this robot before.Talking about the construction quality, this is a ln excellent solid robot.Awesome vacuum that is worth every dollar, buy and you won't regret.
Charger stopped working in 4 months and no easy support. The charger stopped working in 3 months and no easy support. We bought it in May'22 and broke down on Sep'22. Disappointed with product quality and testing and support.

leaving streaks. I have vinyl plank flooring and the mop feature is leaving streaks all across the floor. The vacuum is working great, but is getting stuck on some higher area rugs. Overall, not happy with this product. I'd return but the window to return has closed.
4.0 I love it but I also have my complains. 3rd Vac in almost a year- 1st 2 set of Vac I got one for my house and one for the business, both broke in 11 months , I guess with time the performing Is not as great as when I first got it , ERROR 18 and Error 4 starting coming out of no where , suction wasn’t as good, corners don’t get clean as well, but I need this Vac in my life so I got a new one , even sent one of the Vac for repair as they said they would repair and I only need to pay for shipping it to them. Warranty expired November 30th 2022, today is September 23, 2022. I cleaned my living room and took before and after pictures to see the difference of the performance of my last vac vs the new one ( same S7) overall I think now is better .
Could have been 5 star. Doesn’t pick up certain things and flings crumbs in already vacuumed areas, doesn’t do hair well, if you move it away from dock on your own it will forget your whole map even when it was saved, also dust bin is very small, this is worth half the price, not even a whole charge can clean my 2000 sq ft house
Best purchase. I bought this when it was on sale. I did a lot of research since it is very expensive. I’m very happy I purchased this item over competitors. It’s more quiet than I expected, very accurate and the app you use to control is very user friendly. I’m very impressed with its mopping capability. I had a sticky spot with dirt stuck to it and the mop completely removed it. Really happy I purchased this. I hope to get the auto empty dock later. Which make cleaning even more easy.
It was a technical challenge, but now I love this!. I'm 70 years old and not a techie, so setting this up was a major challenge- I was so frustrated I nearly sent it back. The Roborock Customer Support is excellent (English is the 1st language for most of them - sometimes I have a problem with that since I don't hear well, either.) After many phone calls and e-mails with pictures and videos (both sent and received) I managed to get "Rocky" set up, and now I absolutely love it! I was the world's worst housekeeper and now the place looks great. Last night I even set a schedule for Rocky to clean the kitchen floor at 4:45 a.m., which it did, and emptied the dust bin when it was done. I thought I would have a problem with the dog attacking it, but he ignores it.
