Not good for wood floors. Bought this product on Amazon day. I have all wood floors so I thought it’d be a good solution. It heavily scratched the floors on its first run. Be careful where you let this vacuum.
AMAZING!!!. This vacuum is amazing! I’ve been using it for about 8 months now. It’s the first robot vacuum I’ve ever purchased so I did a lot of research to be sure I bought a great product that was worth the money. The mop feature is cool and the phone app is easy to use with great features. This device is easily the best household item I’ve purchased! Haven’t used a broom ever since lol!
Not just great at vacuuming, but brilliant at mopping too!. I really love it. That said, if you have a German Shepherd like me (mines an older puppy, 11 months now), it's not going to be able to suck up the dog hair at all. It's just simply too much for it and it gets jammed. If you're looking at dust, dirty, very light debris, it's an excellent robo cleaner. Top notch stuff. The mopping function is mindblowing.
Buyer beware. I really loved this vacuum, when it works. However, after 6 months the suction suddenly stopped working. The manufacturer was very difficult to deal with. After 3 weeks of email correspondence and providing many videos and pictures I was told that I had to pay to send it to repair and potentially pay for the repairs as well. After spending nearly $800 on a vacuum I would expect it to work for more than 6 months and would also expect a replacement when it doesn't. I'm working with Amazon now to try to find resolve...
Perfect vacuum suction. I have a Euffy too in my other house. This one has more suction so you must pick up any skinny cords. She talks to you which is kind of fun. If she’s stuck you can find her by following the voice. Haven’t tried the mop part of the vacuum yet.
Worth the money. The vacuum does a pretty good job on most surfaces. The biggest weakness is picking up pet hair on the carpet. It does an ok job but we still need to get the big vacuum out once a week or so. Not a huge deal since the mop function is what we were really after and our house is mostly tile.The mop function is where the real value comes in. We have mostly tile floors and it does a fantastic job even with paw prints from our dogs.There is a limit, but with the joystick feature/deep clean feature, it's surprising how much it can pick up. The scrubbing power combined with the cleaning solution roborock sells means I really only need to mop once a month or so for that truly deep clean.Overall I would buy again for the 800 dollar price as it was worth it!
Must have. We use it for cleaning wooden flooring of our 1200 sqft apartment. We are very pleased with the product. It’s very efficient and effective in both vacuuming and mopping floor that too simultaneously. It’s must have for people who are looking for helping hand in house hold activities. Very intuitive application, which can be operated by anyone once configured. Maps keep improving with every use. No complaints. I am glad we made this investment, so we can save some time in return.
We feel like the Jetson's. For those old enough to remember the “Jetsons” cartoon, there was Rosie the robot maid. This may be as close as we currently get. It is so nice to have the floors stay clean. We run the vac daily on the high traffic areas and less frequently elsewhere. The overall cleanliness of the house is definitely improved.The vacuum required very little assembly right out of the box. Install the dust bin, water container and the mop bracket and you are ready to clean. It took about 3 hours to do the initial cleaning and discovery of our 1700 sq ft. The low profile allows cleaning under dressers and couches I was not expecting. So watch the cords in these areas. Very impressed that the vacuum handles a rug area with quite a deep pile. This rug is very difficult with our upright Dyson vacuum. Setting up room and cleaning schedules was extremely easy in the Roborock app. After that just enjoy the automated cleaning as Rosie does the rest.
Works as expected. Description is intentionally misleading. Works as expected. Does NOT come with the self cleaning docking station as the Description suggests. Very misleading. Cheaper versions with more features are available from other manufacturers.
