Wife is ecstatic !. Bought this for my wife and she could not be happier. Controls everything from her phone, cleans hardwoods and carpets, works in the dark, doesn't squirrel out and vacuum the same spot repeatedly, and completes the entire main floor with one intermediate charge. I'm happy she's happy.
Best for cleaning m&m. If your goal is to clean m&m or the like this is the robot for it. My experience was much better with S6 for the general purpose except cleaning spilled m&ms.
It’s ok. It’s good for simple floor cleaning. It does NOT do deep cleans. I’ve had it for almost a year now and it’s not without its problems.I’ve already had to send it in for repairs once. Getting stuck in the middle of a room, going over the same area multiple times, and throwing an error code. Even though I tried to tell the support people that my issues started with a firmware update, they insisted on it being hardware. They replaced the main wheels and it fixed absolutely nothing. Months later a new firmware was released, no more problems.Now the carpet boost feature is having issues…I don’t think any of these robots are perfect, but I will not be purchasing another Shark/Roborock product.
Controllable and flexible. It has been a lot better than other robot vacs I have bad before. The fact that I can set up zones and schedule the cleaning and mop each differently is amazing. Flexibility in my apartment is what I needed.Another cool fact is you can name it using Alexa and call it. Although it needs a bit more updates by the company to accept different commands. Nut the app itself is full of flexibility.The only issues I have , one is the mop is not strong enough even in the highest level. So some of the tiles will need to be cleaned separately each week.
One of the most advanced cleaning robots in the market. This is one of the most advanced cleaning robots in the market. It cleans my carpets much better than my Dirt devil vacuum, and is able to easily go under your sofas and beds to clean. It acts pretty smart comparing to most of the other similar products.

This is our first Robo vacuum S7, totally disappointed. product was not functioning well and getting stuck in the middle of random spot. Opened a support case and for months it's going back and forth and they are keep on asking to try this and that..I fed up with the poor customer service, finally returned the product to Amazon.
Not for medium/high pile carpets. The side brush on the S7 gets stuck every time it runs on my carpet. This thing isn’t designed to handle medium pile carpets.
Disappointed I tried 2 different S7's, each has a different problem. So disappointed in this product. This first one I got worked on first use. Then it kept dropping the internet connection. After trying setting up a hot spot, using a different app, resetting, etc., etc, I exchanged it for another. The second holds the internet connection, but I can't get rid of error 4 - cliff sensors. Apparently this comes from a dark floor and/or area rugs, all of which I have. So strange each machine has a different problem. I love the idea of this product, but not if it doesn't work!!!
Great robot floor vac and mop. Very easy to setup. Once I downloaded the app it was pretty clear how to use. Even on quiet mode it is not so quiet that you wouldn't know it is going. Love the mop. I do stop it between rooms to clean the mop. I haven't tried sending it to my carpeted rooms with the mop in place. Really helps with hard floors and keeping up with everyday dust and daily life.
Game changer!!. Amazing product and worth the investment. Once you have your rooms mapped out on the app, all you have to do is empty the dustbin fill the water chamber and change the mop. The app is intuitive and easy to use, making this product even more of a joy to help with my chores.Definitely worth the investment!
