We love our robot vacuum. Its name is Sirsucksalot and he cleans daily. It can't do as good of a job as a human vacuum, but we run it daily at 9AM and the high traffic areas are much cleaner. The software is pretty good and it does a great job of mapping out the rooms. Whenever we've had a issue it's because we left something out that it sucks up. We have mixture of rugs, hardwood floors, and carpet. Does a great job on all.
Love my Roborock. They clean great a definite must for me with 5 dogs. This is my second Roborock my s5 lasted me a few years then I got a newer model. I did start having some issues with it almost a year after I had it but I was absolutely shocked how good their customer service and warranty department was. I will definitely be brand loyal. Great product with great customer service.
Just perfect. I didn’t think I’d love a robot vacuum so much but I do! I had S5 before and gift it as a present to my daughter, it still working great. Then I bought a new Shark and it stopped docking, then stopped charging altogether. This one is like a dream!
Perfect for general cleaning. Overall it’s smart although there’s some situations that it will get confused. We need to set invisible walls or no enter zone to avoid them. Battery lasts longer in moping than vacuuming on carpet. Auto dust clean is pretty convenient. I like it so far!
