Amazon is not provisioning the repair and warranty support for this product. I purchased this product 8 months ago, it is not switching ON now. Tried some tips mentioned in the Eufy support portal for troubleshooting but it did not helped. Tried reaching for support team but no response. Looked for amazon warranty terms, it says 12 months worry free warranty but Amazon itself not provisioning the repair and warranty support. very bad customer service.
