Work smarter, not harder!. If you like clean windows but don’t have time to wash them, then this robot is for you. Smart technology with edge sensors, phone app and remote control makes it very easy to use for anyone and anything. Been using it for outdoor/indoor windows, balcony glass rails, closet mirror doors, and glass table. Very happy with this purchase! Worth every penny!

Good cleaner. I wasn't able to wash my windows without it. With it I washed all my windows and glass doors, quality of washing is very good but not exceptional, sometimes it leaves traces, but very small. Anyway I don't have any other ability to wash my windows, so I am very happy with it!

So far, so good. I didn't experience any streaking. It cleans glass really well. There are minor things - it won't reach into corners, so there will be an inch of dirty glass. It had a bit of issue on my window - there is a thin plastic molding around the glass, so robot is getting stuck in there. I tried to move it out of stuck spot with remote - it lost suction an fell off.Honestly, I don't think any other design would do any better in this conditions. So I would go with 5 stars.

Good in general. It works great, bur the corners need a little extra care to make it perfect. The machine helps but it needs some time to work good.

Make the payment windows clean and clear!. I should give it 4.5 stars, the only dissatisfaction is their user manual. I almost returned it since I followed the instructions given by the user manual which is not correctly describing how to use this robot. Actually, u don’t need to follow their dry/wet two rounds process, just wetting the pad first and then let the robot do its job. Pretty nice device, we like it very much.

Can you fall in love with a robot? Yes!!. The media could not be loaded.

This robot cleaner is amazing. I have several windows in my home that are hard to clean, but not anymore! The suction power is really good and I do not worry at all about walking away while it’s cleaning. Also, I thought the cleaning process might take awhile because the machine is small. It’s small, but quick. The cleaning solution that was included cuts through the grime on my windows and a little cleaning solution goes a long way. I’ve cleaned every window in my house and this is now a chore that I don’t dread. It’s a really cool product and now my robot vacuum is jealous. ????

I was a little skeptical, but I have just moved into my dream home and there is a whooooole lot is glass and windows. So I’ve just begun to use this gadget. It has done an entire wall of windows (enteral and external) and is finishing its second wall currently. Other than it being a little loud, I am soooooo excited about this gadget. Being 105° pretty regularly this summer, the few times I’ve attempted to clean the exterior of my windows, I have finished in such a fit of rage. Too hot for that mess. Well here is my little solution. It does need to be babysat a littl, but while it’s cleaning windows, I can do dishes and prep dinner! Highly recommend!

Sophinique X5 Robot really works! I live in a penthouse apartment overlooking the Pacific Ocean with amazing windows I paid to install. Unfortunately, due to a roof issue and dysfunctional HOA, we haven't had our windows cleaned in 3+ years. I tried the magnets. I bought and bent connecting tubes to washer/squeegees, getting some measure of clean, but it was arduous and ultimately unsatisfactory.Somehow I stumbled upon these robots and after research, bought the X5. It does an amazing job, steady progression, end result is a solid 'A' from me. Just make sure the rings are completely snapped into place, have the safety cord properly attached, and let it do its thing. I've mostly done the outside windows so far (still feeling like I should own the inside), but my gut says the robot will be doing them all.Only Day 2, but exceptionally pleased with this purchase. I can finally see my million dollar view (without layers of dirt)!

I was quite surprised my windows were very dirty and it did a very good job. The only thing I was a little bit disappointed was it didn't have an Australian plug so I had to buy one.

If the window is very dirty, must watch it clean because it will fall for too much dirt on them, other than that, the cleaning job is fantastic! Love it ! Wish the price can be little lower. ????

have many windows and teenagers…the robot is a little noisy but I just leave the room while it works and it beeps when it is done in an area. I have only used it inside, have not really used the spray feature and keep it plugged in. Cleans great with 0% elbow grease. Comes with extra microfiber socks so the robot can keep working. Needs some supervision, and a little windex on all the hand and paw prints, but overall very pleased with my window cleaner robot.

The one outstanding feature for me is that it helps me safely wash outsides of windows that are high off the ground. If your windows are instead within reach, it's kind of a fun gadget, but for me it's easier to wash them more conventionally and the results are probably better.The experience isn't exactly hands-free. For good results you need to swap out the reusable pads every couple of windows, and maybe even start with a separate dry run to get the worst dust off. You end up using at least a few active minutes per window.I haven't tried a robot that does not spray its own water, but this one does and it feels like it must be a pretty key feature.

For aging with shoulder arthritis & 6 ft square picture windows it couldn’t be better. You can multitask while it is doing its thing after setting on window. Very impressed!

It was easy to use, for someone that doesn’t like to read the instructions, I had no problem to make it worked. Would I recommend it? Yes, it does it job. I run it two times in each window the first time.The cons is that it is very noisy.

Bought this robot with lots of hesitation because of the reviews. Here to say I’m so happy to choose to try it. it’s awesome. Ignore the negative comments.I recently installed a new window that I can’t reach to clean. This works perfect. Few tricks 1) wash window with wet pads (just one to two sprays of cleaner 2) wash a second time with dry pads you may have to run it twice on dry to remove swirl marks from the pad. I did not but I could see how that may happen. It takes a bit to get it perfect but when I do the windows with a squeegee it takes me one to two passes. At least with this you can walk away and do something else.One review said best Amazon purchase I might have to agree.I bought the not spray version based on customer feedback and also agree the built in spray is not needed I would skip and save a bit of money.

Wonderful product! Works well! We have crazy high windows and this removes the haze and grime that accumulates. Are they perfect? No. Is it wayyyyyyy better than never cleaning the 2nd floor windows in my house? Absolutely! Crisp and clear so I can enjoy the beautiful view!
