Generac 3300i - Good, but not for my RV. I bought this to power my RV for dry camping, because the one from a different brand that I wanted was unavailable. Since it did not have a true 30amp RV connector, I bought an adapter to solve that.Unfortunately, this was not powerful enough to run the air conditioner in my 33ft travel trailer. It couldn’t consistently put out enough power through that connection to work. I wound up selling it and buying the Hudson Motors 3300, which had a true 30amp hookup and works beautifully.This is a nice little generator, ran well and is probably good for various types of uses, but did not work for my needs.

Great for power outages. I bought this generator a few months ago but never had a chance to try it out until hurricane Ian. I used the generator to power my refrigerator, to charge our electronics and to run fans, lights, the microwave and the coffee maker. It is great on gas on economy mode and is very quiet.It started very easily with pull cord (husband didn't realize it had electric start)I wish it would have come with wheels. At 109 pounds it isn't easily moved.I wish it had a gas gauge. I have no idea when it was near empty.All in all I highly recommend this generator.

It’s a good generator but came used. Purchased this after not having power for a few days after Hurricane Ian. The generator seems fine but it came used. How do I know you ask?… There was some oil in it, which smelled like it had been run. Some of the oil was drained out but it still had some in there. The gas tank was empty but smelled of gasoline. The box looked sealed and untampered with and it looked clean with no scratches, so I’m not sure what happened but it definitely was not brand new.I did change the oil, run it and change it again so the break in was done properly. It runs under load so I’m confident it’s okay.A few years ago I bought a 2200i and it came with no problems, brand new and with no oil in it.Amazon made it right.The generator is fine so this really isn’t a negative review about the generator.

Not worth buying. My son and I both bought generators at the same time, he bought a Harbor Freight Predator 3500 and I bought the Generac IQ3500.We wanted to see who got the better machine and hands down, he won.Both started, both had about the same noise but after that is what made the difference. His has wheels, fuel gauge and adapter plug. Mine I have to find a dolly to move it, have no idea when it going to run out of fuel and on top of that, I 6 months the battery died and had to use pull start which wasn’t fun.As mentioned in other posts, the internals were exactly the same.To this day, he laughs at me when I try drag this thing out to use it.

Didn't Quite Live up to Expectations. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with this backup battery, it simply doesn't supply enough power for what I purchased it for. That is my fault. My original intention was to use this to power my CPAP when camping and not having a power source available. I learned while using it that it can only power my CPAP machine, even with the humidifier and heater turned off, for about 7.5 hours. I was hoping for much more, but miscalculated the capacity when I purchased it. It does charge phones, tablets, etc., very well and for quite a few charges before needing to be charged itself. That is what I will be using it for in the future. Will consider purchasing a battery with much higher reserve and using a small generator to recharge it during the day in order to run my CPAP in the future.

CPAP Used alot more of the battery than expected overnight. Got to use my new 240wh for the first time this weekend to power my CPAP. I loved the portability of the unit but was surprised that I went from a 100% charge to a 13% charge by morning just using my CPAP overnight. On the second night, I went from a100% charge to a 48% charge by morning again by only using my CPAP. So, the jury is still out of 240wh if this is the right sized unit. Also, I noted that it took about 4-5 hours of charging to get the unit from 13% back to 100%. I was expecting a faster charge time.

Shuts Off Outlets. I like this battery but it has an annoying feature. After some length of time without drawing power from an outlet, the battery turns that outlet off. So, I'm expecting the outlet to be on so I can charge my phone, but the battery turns it off, so I have to turn it back on again. Rinse and repeat, again and again.

It's ok but could be cheaper. It's ok for a start of you have nothing else, but could be much cheaper. It'll do in a major pinch though. For the price they should have added the 100w solar panel.

So far so good. Works nicely when boondocking and being able to charge phones near bedroom at night. Tried to use for small fan but apparently fan pulled to much for unit to handle. Haven't tried anything else.

great device, but needs a selection of input charging cables, not just the proprietary. needs a selection of input charging cables or use more common input cable (like USB) to charge he device itself, not just the proprietary odd-sized jack that most stores don't have if you lose the included cable.

What Was I Thinking?????. After trying multiple times to charge my cell phone I feel ripped off by this Jackery Product. I gave up after 2 days trying to charge my cell phone which is a major reason for purchase.

Worked for my Cpap. I used this while camping. It does run my cpap all night ( I slept approx 8 hours) without the humidifier and when I woke up the charge was down to 30%. I luckily I was at a place where I could run am extension cord and charge every day to use every night.

Could be better. For such a huge thing, to only have 2 USB ports feels like a wasted opportunity.*** You will have to carry a USB hub with you. ***Also it could have USB-C ports in addition, since it's the norm nowadays.The lack of a lamp is extremely annoying, when going camping with this thing and the solar panel.*** You will have to carry a lamp with you. ***Everything in it has an on/off switch except for the display, for some strange reason, it just stays on a few minutes.Having just one outlet is a waste, again, in such a huge battery, it could have several outlets (not a million, just more than one).*** You will have to carry a power strip with you. ***In comparison, I had the BigBlue battery, that comes with 4 USB ports, 2 power outlets, a nice lap, and charges my phone in half the time (it says powercharge or something).

Solid performance on week long camping trip. Performed well with the 60 Watt solar panel during a week long camping trip. There was plenty of sunshine to charge the battery so that was a plus. Charged phones, tablets, vacuum, ran lights and air pump with ease. A little pricey but pleased with the performance.
