Never quite reaches the dock. This is actually a good little vacuum. The key to using it with shedding pets is to use it multiple times a day and establish a baseline. When the animals are really in shedding mode, even more often. This purchase was an experiment to see if it was ever remotely possible to use for a heavy animal traffic house like ours.The mapping features are good, it's suction is ok. I like that I can schedule it.It gets hung up on little humps and will die if you don't come rescue it.Every time it finishes cleaning and goes back to the dock, it dies right before it hooks in. Every single time. Maybe that's why it's discontinued.Would I get another, fancier one? Maybe a mopping one?Yes, with one caveat: not if iRobot is bought by Amazon. There are lots of reasons for this that are irrelevant to this review. It's a good product. I would buy it again... just not when Amazon takes over.

Our floors have never been cleaner!. Suction power is great, our floors are noticably much cleaner. The most impressive part is definitely the AI, we love watch it map out the perimeter and going thru every crevice. Highly recommend!

LIDAR in Action. The media could not be loaded.

I've only had this Q5 for a day so far and I'm very happy with it.I've had iroomba962 in the past but I had returned it cause it doesn't vacuum any carpet with dark color.However, this roborock Q5 can vacuum my black carpet and or any where I want to cause of the laser radar or LIDAR, see video.App:- very happy with the appALEXA:A paired this with alexa and it works ok.Recommendations for roborock:- have voice assistance (like Alexa) to be able to tell roborock to go clean certain room and not just off/on.

Just, wow. Firstly- I have no dog. My hair is looong and is always everywhere, though. No problems there with this robot. I do check it every other day. There is NOT A single piece of dust on my floors EVER. My home is 3000 SF. This robot will clean for 2 hours, refill and recharge, and then go finish the job- about a4 hour process. We have it set for when we are not home. We have hardwood, carpet, and area rugs. No issues at all. Every once in a while it grabs an area rug corner- but it corrects itself, never hangs up. We run it every day. This thing is so good at what it does you would think there was a human guiding it through a camera. I should have bought one in these years ago. Going to buy one for my workplace, too. When does the hovering dust maid get released!!!!

good product in good price. mainly used for pet hair clean up. it does its job. long running time. maybe too long. it happens that the dustbin full before battery run out. the part is different with s6 which is the drawback since can not use generic.

Great upgrade from a bump and go. Got this from one of the Amazon sales, have been trying to upgrade our sharknado (shark brand bump and go) since it was scuffing our furniture. But this little thing is awesome, it increases suction when on rugs, LiDAR maps our house, the sliding door messed up the LiDAR mapping as light goes passed it but no biggie you can fix that in the app. Installation was a breeze, works with google, set up rooms, routines. The only conn would be our last one didn’t use replaceable bags this one does but one lasts weeks.

Smart vacuum. I love this vacuum! It will scan the room the first time you use it so you can set up rooms or zones. It does a great job for day to day vacuuming. I have 2 big hairy dogs and it does a good job of keeping up with the hair.

Unbelievable!!. Absolutely blown away by the Roborock Q5 vacuum. Cleans very well on both hard floors and carpets. Efficient setup and mapping, almost no assembly required. After two full cleans in 3 days I can tell a marked difference in the cleanliness of my floors.I was curious so after two cleans and two empty’s I checked the back in the self emptying tower. I was STUNNED at how much dirt, debris, and especially hair! This is a two dog and one person household. I have no doubt that adding the roborock Q5 to my home will improve the cleanliness and the air quality.

I wouldn’t buy it again. Likes:- floor mapping works well.- faster than my ecovac deebot at cleaning our main floor- software is east to use and control from phone-features tell you when to change filters and perform maintenanceDislikes:- higher clearance than my previous robot vacuum caused issue with some furniture- smaller bin than previous robot vacuum-picks up about 60-70% of what my previous robot vacuum would on a full pass of our main living area.- expensive- gets stuck quite often I think I’m just done with robot vacuums in general but this model pushed me over the edge. My other vacuums pick up much more dirt and debris from carpet with virtually the same amount of handholding.

Won't last more than 18 months. I bought this vacuum in April 2021 and it is already broken. I have contacted customer support several times for help and they don't even bother to respond. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Scratches the bottom of your appliances. It does a great job vacuuming but I just noticed a straight line across the bottom of our refrigerator and stove. It also left marks on every baseboard in the house. Not worth it. Our appliances cost a fortune and now they are permanently scratched

Great for small spaces and/or every day cleans (if you empty it every day). I’ll start with the good — this little guy is impressive about getting past obstacles and almost never gets stuck somewhere (unlike others I’ve used in the past).However, it’s almost TOO good at continuing no matter what, including if it’s dustbin is overflowing. It doesn’t give you a warning or stop, it keeps going and starts depositing little dust bunnies in its wake.It also keeps going even if it sucks up your shoe laces, with your shoe in toe, running into things and sort of going in circles.I’ve learned that if I want to keep it functional, I need to basically use it daily rather than consider it useful for deep cleaning, AND I need to empty it pretty much every day as well.

Works well for its intended purpose. I bought this vacuum primarily for the fact that it was well rated regarding its ability to cross over higher thresholds. And it has not failed. The limitations I see, getting under furniture, I believe have to do with the height of the unit due to the better navigation system it has which sits higher. It also doesn’t get close to the edges of the room or furniture. However, I bought this to keep my floor somewhat clean between larger, deep, cleanings, so it is perfect for what I bought it for. Emptying the dust bin is not as easy/functional as other units. Pleased with the purchase.

Great. Had to program it not to clean my family room area because of the shag area rug, that was the first room it would cleaned and every time it would get stuck on the rug, when I would return home it would always be there and none of the other rooms would get cleaned. It would take me about 15 to 20 minutes just to get it undone ????????‍♀️

Don't use anything else, Roborock REALLY Rock!. I had the iRobot, it cleaned just as good as the Roborock but here's the difference: I can see exactly where my Roborock has been, I can see exactly where it's at & I can see exactly what's left to do! You can't see any of that with the iRobot!Even tho both show the battery life, ONLY the Roborock shows you the exact percentage!I only gave 4 stars for 'Deep Cleaning' that's because I don't have anything that needs deep cleaning. I just have hardwood floors. But I do have family staying with me for a bit: Total of 5 dogs (1 sheds like CRAZY!) & 3 Grandkids that seem to create crumbs & stuff 24/7! I don't want to sweep over 550+ Sq ft several times a day! Would you?! Now I just go to my app, click a button and my floors are spotless!I love my Roborock!

Disappointment. This claims to be self-emptying, but I had to manually empty it myself every other day. It emptying on its own was the main reason I got it, but the self-emptying feature was severely lacking. Very disappointed in this product.

Great vac for the money. After buying two iRobot vacs, this one mapped quickly and is very easy to use. Handles throw rugs better, easy to create zones and isolate areas. Quick access to vac a single room. Overall better and doesn’t get hung up on sliding glass doors

Mapping are so bad. All features are good except mapping!!!! and mapping is the most important part of robo cleaner. It failed 8 times to map my floor... geez... I returned it as it does not meet my expetation. Currently I have a S6 pure and it works perfectly. But somehow the Q5 works like a low budget robo cleaner($100ish). Gonna switch to other brand for sure.

Best Robot vacum. I bought this 6 weeks ago and wanted to really use it to give the best review. I love it! I have used a couple of the leading brands and they do not even compare. This vacuum is systematically smarter. It knows when it’s on my area rugs and automatically increases suction to get the best cleaning. Picks up hair and debris like a full sweeper. It rarely gets stuck. The only cons I noticed is that it’s a little on the larger side so it doesn’t fit under my table. It also does not sense when it is on the edge- which could be an issue if you use upstairs. All in all I definitely recommend

Great on carpet, sand left between tiles. I was disappointed in ability to pick up fine sand on tile floor. A Eufy vac did much better. However, robo picked up a truly impressive amount of dog hair and assorted crude from short pile carpet. Lots of dirt remained at tile/carpet interface however. Update: a company rep pointed out that there are 3 suction settings. While mildest setting did not pick up the fine sand between tiles, the medium setting worked well. So upgrade to 5 stars.

My little soldier is still working after a year. Love reviews that haven’t even used the product. We have had much success with it over the past year. Originally I had ordered the cheaper Eufy but did not like that its path is randomized. This machine is much better. Plans out the house and you can select which rooms to clean. Maintenance is pretty easy. With three kids I empty the bin every two days and pull out hair from the brush weekly. Change the brush every few months. I do a deep clean with an upright vacuum monthly. This is my little soldier that helps me maintain the house with three kids.

Pretty good. Not a bad vacuum. Overall , using 3x week house floors and rugs stay clean. Two problems: 1. the biggest is that we have to manually pull out the dirt from vacuum. The self empty dock does not work. There’s plenty of suction but the hole in the vacuum itself, and the duct up to the bag get clogged. This happens after every single vacuuming. Do not bother to buy self emptying dock. It’s useless.2. A more minor problem. The vacuum does not do well on the floor at the edge of rugs.Mapping and two floor options are good.

Good power, good room mapping, good robot!. Set it up in a brand new construction house. It's picking up all the dust that's still settling out of the air. Does a great job navigating in spite of the constant moving of furniture and boxes. Powers up the suction when it moves onto a rug, and the self empty feature - wow!

Great for dog hair. Great vacuum. The features of the Roborock app are awesome. You can literally set it to run exactly how you want. The built in LiDAR is very accurate. Just a wonderful machine. Make sure to purchase the emptying station as well it might be little pricey but so worth it.

Must have for pet owners. We have had this vacuum for a little less than a year now, and it still works great! Honestly this little vacuum does a better job of cleaning than when I sweep or or vacuum by myself. We still need to use our vacuum on our rugs to get all the dog fur out, but this vacuum has exceeded our expectations in every way. The lidar mapping and no go zones are a super helpful tool.

Wow, should have bought this years ago. We are amazed how easy this was to set up and use. It now cleans which rooms I want right off m iPad, and it does not miss a single spot. I no longer worry about how much dirt is under my bed… amazing. After weeks of use the picture depicts the pile of dust and cat hair it picked up in just 6 days. You do not want to leave large junk on the floor because it will suck it up and plug the home station empty robo system, but even that was easy to unplug. Great unit, Best Buy in years.

Better than my Roomba!. I LOVE this!!! it was purchased to replace my Roomba, which drove around, like it was under the influence. The Roomba was also lacking, picking up my cats hair. Since getting this robot vacuum, I hardly ever have cat hair floating around anymore. The suction power is incredible, and I very much appreciate the organized way in which it cleans. It will drive around the perimeter of your house, or whatever room you place it in, and make an actual map. It also has a little camera so it can gauge if there’s objects in the way. Highly recommend.

2 cats, 1 dog, no allergies. The power and practicality of this vacuum is superb. The software and hardware is well made. We ran our Dyson V8 over the carpet at the max setting and it had very little hair to pick up. Very smart and thorough cleaning, the auto empty dock is a must.

So AWESOME. This is my first robot vacuum and I'm amazed at how well this thing does. Can't believe that I've waited this long to get one. I live in an extremely windy and dusty location and to top it off have a German shepherd dog that sheds constantly. This vacuum handles both with ease. The app is easy to use and understand. I love that I can control it while being away from home. I wish that I got the self emptying attachment though. I will be buying a second one with the self empty dock for my down stairs.

Smart Robot. Well, I’m glad to pick Roborock, it works very good, suction, cleaning up hair and great navigation. The only thing missing is it doesn’t work on high pile carpets, and I think not so practical on medium pile, but really I’m not sure about it, maybe in the future they will come up with a new technology, but every else, it’s a very good product to have in every house.

Good until it wasn’t, when it failed spectacularly. I bought the Q5 in mid-August, 2022. Unfortunately, by the time of this review, it’s outside the return window.After two months of very limited usage, it’s started making horrible grinding noises. Not from suction, rather the simple act of rolling around is atrocious.I’d return it if I could, and likely buy a more established brand, if anything at all.

Absolutely love this vacuum. The initial setup was confusing but their customer service was extremely helpful. Let’s just say that you’ll need to be running on a 2.4Ghz speed to hook up this vacuum at first but everything after that is following the on screen instructions. Omg it blew me away with the cleaning process and how much less battery it used to clean my apartment. I am extremely satisfied and I will definitely recommend this vacuum to everyone I know

Frequent Emptying Issues - May as well avoid the self emptying mod. Was supposed to be an upgrade from an older Roborock, and it worked great for a bit. Now the self emptying rarely works despite no apparent clogs and nearly empty bags in the unit. Instead of self emptying or being able to easily dump like other models, I’m stuck having to jam my fingers into the unit’s dustbin in order to remove everything it’s sucked up. Considerably yuckier than the models that have a way to dump them! Regretting spending this much money on worse experience.

Great but dosnt last!. Great except only had it for a year and a half and it won't find the charging dock. I've tried everything! Called roborock support and pretty much got told the warranty is over and nothing they can do. Annoying given that it's was $400 and didn't even last 2 years.

Ensures every inch of the floor is cleaned. Does a fantastic job. App shows you the entire path the robot took on the floors, and once you create the rooms with the app, you can send it for a targeted cleaning for a single room.I'm alarmed how much it picks up each day!

She’s a queen!. 2 years later - After reading reviews on all the major platforms (ie consumer reports) I went for the Roborock s4 max because of the value to price. I have a 3 bedroom and 2 pets and she can do the entire thing with one charge/Cartridge (especially since I run her regularly and so there is less pet hair to get). Absolutely great purchase that makes me happy every time. Held up in a cross country move and learned a whole new layout with no problem.

Vacuum works great. I was having trouble at first getting the vacuum to empty by itself because we have a dog and a cat it kept on getting clogged and couldn't self empty until I put the station against a cabinet had to line it up perfectly so the vacuum can go to the charger and empty itself after I figured that out don't have to worry about it it does a great job sweeping and I don't have to empty it manually anymore

Reliable, Efficient Cleaning, and Reliable!. This is the 4th robot vacuum we've owned. We have 3 dogs and a cat so there is plenty of hair daily! The Roborock Q5+ with self-emptying blows away my previous bots: Neato, Dreame and Roomba i3+. The mapping is perfect. The lidar does a great job of avoiding obstacles and unlike my previous two this one does not scratch up my baseboards. It does an amazing job on our dark hardwood, tile, and carpets. It has yet to be stuck anywhere in the house. The self-emptying process works every time. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to wake up to clean floors every day without the hassle of having to empty the dust bin daily. The app that runs it is smooth and well written. I used the multi time scheduler to vacuum the main house in the middle of the night and the master bedroom at 9a. Works like a charm. Buy this, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing algorithm and suction power. Perfectly maps the house. Suction power is great. Mobile application is great. Perfect. Don't buy an iRobot. iRobot's algorithm can not even approach to Roborock's.

Works. Spent years reading reviews on robot vacuums and finally landed on this one. Works great. Mapping was awesome. Always docks. It doesn't always empty its bin. But it keeps the dust out of the house and that's what matters most to me

What a robot vacuum is supposed to do. I had the Roborock s5 that worked well. Upgrading to the Q5 is light years ahead. This vacuum does not get lost, empties and the rubber brush stays clean. With 2 100 lb. Dogs this is a big deal. This is what we always hoped for.

My life getting easy. It is huge part of my day changed when this vacuum came .I have three dogs and a cat, there far is every where . Since this vaccine came no far, no dart that bothered me always.I bought used “look like new “, it was new vacuum came . Highly recommanded.

Very pleased!. This is my first roomba style vacuum. I had a loose carpet whose corners would fold up as the vacuum ran over them and it never got stuck! It slowly approaches obstacles and doesn't ram into things. I love the option to clean only certain rooms or areas & the self emptying doc, I rarely need to empty the bag! Did a bit of research before purchasing so I went with this one (being a bit more expensive than cheaper models but I didn't want to have issues that reviews of the others mentioned) and so far am very pleased! It turns on the higher suction every time it rolls onto carpet & isn't very loud:)

Won’t pickup dort. I have had this for a couple months n0w. I searched the internet to find the best robot vacuum without the mopping feature and this is what I found. But it doesn’t pick up anything!!! Waste of a huge chunk of money

Worth every penny. I upgraded from the S5 model because I wanted the self emptying. I was worried about buying the dust bags all the time because they claim to last up to 7 weeks but I was able to go for 4 months before replacing and we have 2 small dogs and a long haired cat. I have been pleased in every way with my purchase. It gets my house done about 20 minutes faster than my older model and I've had no bugs with it. Very glad I waited and got another Roborock.

Didn’t work. Power button didn’t seem to work: couldn’t turn off the unit (unless it ran out of battery), and couldn’t link it up to wifi (need to press down home and power to do that). Called tech support who guided me through everything and didn’t have a solution. Said they’d get back to me, and I’m sure they would have, but opted to return it. So support was good, return was easy, but obviously disappointing the unit didn’t work.

المنتج سيء. اشتغل اول اسبوعين بشكل جيد وبعدها صارت تروح تشحن كل شوي وتمشي بشكل عشوائي احيانا تدور في مكانها فقط وماتشوف منصتها تحاول تنظيفها تطلع من فوقها وتنزل... المنتج يحتاج صيانه رجاء تزويدي بطريق طلب صيانه

منتج مفيد لكل بيت. لقد اشتريته بسعر التخفيض وكانت تجربة مميزة للمكنسة وما زلت في تجربة المنتج وحتى الآن رائع وعملي تقوم بكنس السجاد والأرض الصلبة في نفس الوقت وتقوم بالمسح فقط للأرض الصلبة مسح خفيف للغبار وغيره وليس للبقع الصعبة و الجافة ومناسب لمسح الباركيه لأن الماء يجف بسرعة بعد المسح .

Mid range at best. I had hough expectations for this robot vacuum considering the good reviews however my experience with it has been very sub par, especially considering the price i paid.As i write this review the robot is currently lost looking for its dock.The good =- The cleaning performance is very good and is able to mop/vacuum well enough.- the auto sucking dock is good with adequate cost bin collection.The not so good =- I constantly have to redo the map since it decides to create new maps on top of my existing whenever it pleases.- The robot gets stuck / lost way too often ( especially with slightly lifted chairs from the ground)- The robot gets confused way too often in the tasks.

لا يوجد صيانة. عانيت من كسر في الغطاء ومافي صيانة .. وعدوني يرسلوا جهاز اخر وما ارسلوه..بالاضافة لمشاكل تقنية في رسم خريطة المنزل .. ومنصة التفريغ لا تغني عن التفريغ اليدوي بسبب ان الاوساخ تعلق في الداخل.. والمسح فيها سطحي وخفيف مو قوي ..وما بيمسح البقع في الارض

في البداية ادائها رائع وبعد ثلاث شهور تضعف البطارية وينخفض الاداء. المكنسة الذكية في بداية استخدامها ادائها رائع جدا دقيقه في التنظيف لكن بعد مرور ثلاث شهور لاحظت سرعة انتهاء البطارية و عرقلة في حركة العجلة و تعلق فيها الاوساخ مع العلم اني اقوم بتنظيفها يوميا

Not recommend at all undeveloped product disappointed. Not a smart machine as told ,it stops anywhere not in the recharging specific place ,complicated to set , needs cleaning every two hours,takes very very long time to charge and little time to work,looses track and misses lots of room areas and needs all the time personal surveillance and attendance it’s a big loss of time and money

Horrible customer support. The depot stopped working from the 2nd day of using it. Contacted the saller on Amazon and got no reply, so I contacted ecovacs for support and they did not provide any help nor would they replace it.

جيدة للتنظيف اليومي. قبل لا اشتريها شفت ريڤيوهات كثيرة ومقارنات بين التوب ٣ في السوق وكانوا البلوقر السعوديين والاجانب مبسوطين من ايكوفاكس فتحمست اشتريها وبالفعل وصلتني خلال يومين من تاريخ الطلب، بشكل عام ريحتني من تكنيس البيت وبما ان اثاثي قليل وماعندياغراض بالارض فأدت لي مهمة التكنيس اليومي وليس العميق لكن المسح لم يكن ممتاز بصراحة تترك اثار تمشيح بالارضية (آثار الممسحة) ويفضى شاحنها بسرعة ٧٠ دقيقة عمل كحد اقصى يعني بحدود غرفتين وترجع تشحن تطووووول نصحت اهلي ياخذوا الفيرجن المطور Deebot X1 omni أكثر من رااااااائعة حقت اهلي مرة سريعة وبالفعل ذكية وتمسح الارض باتقان بدون اثار وتشتغل فوق الساعتين متواصلة تخلص البيت كامل وتمسح وتنظف مماسحها وتغير الموية لحالها تجنن افضل من هذي

Mapping does not work. I have struggled for past two weeks to get the full mapping for my apartment. I have tried everything including resetting the unit. Even after partial mapping it only runs for less than 10% of the mapped area and stops. Completely useless device. Tried to return but against standard 30 days return window for return is only 15 days. It is an expensive brick now

مدة جودتها قصيرة. في البداية كنت جداً ممتنة منها.. ولو كتبت تعليقي هذا اول ما اشتريتها لكان خمس نجوم.. لكن بعد مضي ٦ أشهر ندمت على كل ريال دفعته فيها. أولاً وحدة التفريغ أصبح وجودها مثل عدمه دائماً علي تنظيف خزان المكنسة بعد كل تكنيس وإلا الأوساخ تتوزع على الأرض في عملية التكنيس القادمةالمسح سيء جداً منذ البدايةأما الخرائط فأيضاً بالبداية كانت ممتازة وبعد ٦ أشهر أصبحت فيها لخبطة شديدة وبناء على اللخبطة بالخريطة يتم تكنيس نصف الغرفة فقطوعبث حاولت أمحي الخريطة وأجعلها ترسم خريطة جديدة إلا كل مرة نفس الشيءأقوم بتنظيفها باستمرار وتغيير قطعها بالوقت المناسب لكن للأسف كانت فعلاً نتائجها مخيبة للآمال

Defective emptying station. The auto-emptying station's lid does not close no matter what. I thought this was normal until I saw several videos. It won't auto empty unless I manually close the lid. This is probably why this unit was on sale. What's the point of the "auto" in "auto-emptying station" then?

ممتازة جدا ومطابقة للمرجعات. تم طلبها بالعرض بقيمة 1899 ريال وتمت التجربة وتم ملاحظة الاتي:١-اولا تحميل التطبيق وياتي باللغة العربية باخر تحديث وهذا شي مهم٢-ربط المكنسة بشبكة واي فاي منزلية والدخول عليه عبر التطبيق٣-يجب تشغيل المكنسة للاول مره بوضع حر حيث ستقوم باكتشاف المنزل مع الانتباه لابعاد اي قطع صغيره ومناديل قد تعلق بها بعد الانتهاء ستذهب الى منصة الشحن ثم ستظهر خريطة المنزل بالتطبيق٤-يتم بعد ذلك تحديد الامكان والوضعيات والجدولة حسب الرغبةيلاحظ بعد التجربة ان وضعية المسح ليست عملية جدا حيث لاتزيل البقع وانماء تجعل الاسطح مبلولة نوعا ما حيث تصلح وضعية للامكان التي فيها غبار وليس بقع وغير ذلك المكنسة ذكية وتحاول دائما الخروج من الامكان التي تعلق بها ايضا ترسل تنبيه عند وجود مشكلة وتنبه عندي الحاجة للتنظيف اليدوي بشكل عام المكنسة قامت بالمطلوب وارضت التوقعات تم التقييم اربع نجوم من خمسة من اجل عدم فعالية المسح بشكل دقيق

بنتي المطيعه. بعد تجربه لمدة ٣ اشهر اكتب تقييمي ، جداًجداً جداً ممتازه ومريحه وعمليه لكن لا انصح باخذ سلة تفريغ الغبار التلقائي معها ماراح تستفيدون منه مره خاصه لان كل فتره او كل مره يتم التنضيف راح تضطرون تفكونها وتزيلون الشعر والاشياء العالقه فيها فانا اشوف انه غير مفيد لكن جداً انصح بشرائها وبوقوه

من افضل المكانس الذكية وانصح به كثير عيبه الوحيد تطبيق التحكم عن طريق الجوال لا يوجد به لغة عربية. من افضل المكانس الذكية وانصح به كثير عيبه ماله وكيل او مركز صيانة معتمد داخل السعودية فقط ضمان سنه عن طريق امازون وصراحه اشكر امازون على الاهتمام والتجاوب مع العميل سريعين جدا في طلبات الاسترجاع شكرا امازون اما البائع غير متعاون جدا

Easy life after buying this. I bought a roborock machine. I need to dump the garbage in the dust box every day. If I go on a business trip, I can't clean it, but ecovacs machine doesn't need this. This N8 + can not throw garbage for more than one month, and I just need to pick up the handle of the dust bag and throw away the dust bag. There will be no residual dust on my hand.

المكنسة مريحة وجيدة جدًا وذكية. للامانة كنت متخوف انها ما تطلع اصلية او انها تطلع اقل من خيالي، ولكن الحمدلله المكنسة أداءها جيد جدًا تنظيفها وتمسيحها معقول جدًايعيبها بعض الاحيان انها ما تحدد بعض الغرف الي بعيده عن الواي فايواذا بعض الاحيان قراءتها للمكان تكون غير دقيقةولكن مُجملًا المكنسة من الاشياء الجميلة الي اشتريتها انصح بها

ممتازة جداً جداً. المكنسه جبااره ويني عنها من زمان ؟ اشغلها وانساها وارجع القى المكان نظييف .. ما جربت الممسحه الى الان لكن تستاهل كل ريال الناس اللي تبغى تبقى بمكان نظيف كل الوقت.

الضمان سيء. المكنسة رائعه لكن وقفت عن العمل واتواصلت مع البائع وطلب مقطع فيديو وبعدها سار مايرد واتعطلت عن المكنسة والضمان كلام فاضي للآن ماردوا عليا ولا عوضوني بمكنسة ولا اخدوا مكنستي للصيانة

ديبوت n8. الجهاز ممتاز جدا وذكيلكن بعد استخدام تقريبا 6 اشهر ظهر صوت مزعج وغير طبيعي في المكنسهتم التواصل مع البائع للصيانه اكثر من مره وكان غير متعاون ابداجوابه لايوجد صيانه واذا تريد استبدال المنتج لابد من شراء جهاز اخر وسوف نسترجع المبلغ لكبعدها رفعت شكوى لاداره امازون وتم استرجاع المنتج وعوده المبلغ في حسابي

هذا هو أفضل أداة التنظيف. لقد اشتريت ماركات أخرى من قبل ، ولكن التكنولوجيا ليست جيدة مثل هذا واحد . أنا في نهاية المطاف دفع مبلغ كبير من المال لشراء هذا مكنسة ، وأنا راض جدا عن تأثير التنظيف . و لديه جهاز جمع الغبار تلقائيا ، وأنا أحب ذلك كثيرا !

Smart design, Powerful suction & Easy to use:. Pets can be disturbing sometimes. Our Persian cats are lovely but hair issue is really disturbing until I purchased this robot vacuum. My hopes weren’t high because less reviews were available but this looked best from the rest of the cleaners.It has a smart design with good waste storage and excellent suction.The app is friendly and easy to use. It has proved to be one of the best purchases in a long time. Happy to recommend.

Works great and smart. Its completely freed up my life from daily sweeping and mopping kitty litter. This well even allow you to confirm its run out of battery. So it will empty the dust bin halfway throght. The mapping process was not impressive. It clean alright and that i love that you simply can tell it to go this room and clean selected room. Our first robot and has made life easier. Just need to mop tank daily.

È già il secondo ecovacs che compro e che rimando indietro. Il primo non mappava la casa, il secondo dice che c'è un problema con la spazzola laterale, premetto che questi problemi si sono presentati all'accensione.. m non siamo nemmeno riusciti ad utilizzarlo. Ovviamente sto facendo il reso anche del secondo e cambiando completamente marca.

Excellent robot vacuum with all the features out there. Superb robot vacuum with one of the best suction power available. Decided on this after watching lot of robot wars, this one seemed to fit my use case perfectly and oh boy it does an excellent job keeping the house clean. The auto empty bin is a great feature that one can go upto a week without emptying. Another good thing about this brand is that they have all the accessories locally available where otherwise you would have to import. The app is really intuitive and does good job mapping your house. The feature to block certain area from cleaning in the map is great where otherwise you would have to paste stickers.

Great technology. Very nice product and have all advanced feathers. Auto empty bin and water refill is best one. Creating map for on own for all house. Doesn’t fall from height so good for gallery cleaning. Moping and vacuuming works fantastic and noise free operation.

È il mio primo robot e devo dire che fa proprio il suo dovere, aspira molto bene anche sui tappeti, io ho un gatto a pelo lungo e quindi la necessità di usare l’aspirapolvere quotidianamente ma adesso riesco ad avere ogni giorno tutta la casa pulita. Lo gestisco dall’applicazione dove si possono registrare diversi programmi.

En terme d'aspiration rien à redire. Les deux longues brosses latérales et la gestion des passages permettent un très bon boulot. Le nettoyage avec la serpillière ne sera rien de plus qu'un rapide d'éponge et encore sans appuyer. Je pense que c'est le cas pour ce genre de robot même dans d'autres marques.Le paramétrage de la connexion est l'interface d'utilisation sont faciles. Le niveau sonore est faible. La station de vidage de la poussière permet de ne pas s'en préoccuper à chaque cycle.Même déçu par la fonction serpillière je recommande. Mon précédent était un NEATO D7(en panne au bout de 18 mois) et il n'y a pas photo celui -ci est meilleur, à part la tenue de la batterie qui permet tout juste de nettoyer tout un grand logement.

Io forse partivo da aspettative non altissime ma devo dire che a me questo robottino ha svoltato la vita. Con un cane che perde ogni giorno un secchiello di pelo é sempre stato un incubo tenere la casa in ordine e Robottí ci ha salvato la vita. É davvero smart e sa destreggiarsi in situazioni in cui lo avrei dato per incastrato. Per il lavaggio non é formidabile ma aiuta a rinfrescare la casa

Questo è il quarto robot aspirapolvere che compro, ho provato diverse Marche, ottimo prodotto sicuramente di livello superiore alla media, unica nota dolente la batteria, non supera i 60 minuti, ciò costringe a pulire la casa in due frazioni (bisogna aspettare che si ricarichi per completare tutte le stanze) e questo per chi ha case di metrature elevate può essere una scocciatura

Er kommt nicht direkt in Ecken und wischen ist eher das er die wischplatte mitzieht. Teppiche reinigt er sehr gut und auch gröberen dreck nimmt er sehr gut auf. Allerdings muss man das Fach wo sich der dreck sammelt trotzdem leeren und reinigen trotz Beutel und Station

- It’s really doing a great job, and can minimize time cleaning.- Clever & following the instructions as set in application.- Helps to do the needed job but not a replacement of conventional vacuum, so keep both together.- It avoids (some items not everything) on the floor, but much better than some other brands.- Dust bin needs a filter to avoid the smell of dust while emptying.- Only one map can be saved for each floor, which makes you every time change some settings.- No way to name the rooms.

after doing some research I decided on the Deebot N8, then was super pleased with the price I got it for on Amazon compared to the department stores.I am and "older" person, and still found the IT side of setting it up quite manageable. The instruction book is VERY basic, but google fills in the gaps. Works great, exactly as I expected.

Der Staubi reinigt gründlich und erleichtert mir den Alltag ungemein. Ich hätte dies nicht erwartet und bin begeistert, da dies mein erster Saugroboter ist. Die App ist allerdings recht kompliziert und nicht gerade intuitiv aufgebaut. Jedesmal probiere ich etwas rum, bis ich die gesuchte Auswahl finde.Insgesamt bin ich aber begeistert und kann das Produkt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen ????

Haben den Sauger günstiger am Black friday gekauft. Er war zwei Wochen im Einsatz und ist jetzt schon kaputt. Er fährt durch die Gegend aber er saugt einfach nicht mehr. Wir haben alles mögliche probiert. Der Kundenservice wollte uns auch nicht helfen und sagte uns wir sollen uns an Amazon wenden.Ja, die nehmen den Sauger natürlich zurück und.geben uns unser Geld wieder. Einen neuen Sauger müssen wir uns jetzt ohne Blsck Friday Deal kaufen.Wir sind schwer enttäuscht!!!

Sono rimasta molto delusa. Si blocca per ogni cosa ma la cosa peggiore è che dopo nemmeno 2 utilizzi ha iniziato a mandarmi notifiche sulla pulizia dei sensori e dei filtri.Peggio di peggio ha iniziato e creare mappe su mappe, che non tenevano conto delle zone che avevo escluso. Di un prodotto pagato 369 del valore di 499, mi aspetto delle prestazioni ottime! Sarò costretta a renderlo!
